Chrologony allows you to set a category’s date precision. You can use this setting to calibrate how accurate a guess needs to be in order to be considered correct. For example, a category on ancient history should likely not require the guesser to know the precise date, but perhaps just the year, decade, or even century. After all, many established dates for events that far back are just approximations anyway. However, a category covering a theme over the course of less than 5 years may be better served with a more specific date precision, such as the month or exact date.
